What we install
Window AC installation
We lift, level and secure the unit in the window opening, seal the side panels and sash gap, and confirm it drains and cools before we leave.
Portable AC setup
Exhaust hose routed and the window kit fit and sealed to your window type, including casement and slider openings.
Replacing an old unit
We remove your existing unit first and can haul it away, then install the new one in the same opening.
Upper-floor and heavy units
Load-rated exterior support brackets are available when the unit is heavy or the window is above the first floor.

Window and portable AC installation starts at $149. The price shown when you book is the price you pay — optional add-ons like haul-away or a support bracket are listed up front and never added during the visit.
Do you install central air or mini-split systems?
Central air and refrigerant-line mini-split work is licensed HVAC work, so we do not install those ourselves. If your job turns out to need a licensed trade, we bring in a licensed partner and always quote and get your approval before any extra work begins.
Do I need to buy the AC unit myself?
You can supply your own unit, or add pickup and delivery during booking and we will bring it with us.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the Twin Cities metro from our Minnetonka base, including Edina, Minneapolis suburbs and the west and south metro.
