Renowiser provides home services — including cleaning, repairs, installations, and maintenance — booked through this website or by phone. Availability, service area, and pricing may change.

Bookings and pricing

Quotes shown at booking are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may adjust if the actual scope, condition, or access differs from what was described. Material adjustments will be confirmed with you before work continues.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. Late balances may accrue reasonable interest and collection fees where permitted by law.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate address, contact, and job information.
• Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before we arrive.
• Disclose known hazards, defects, or code issues at the site.

Warranties and limitations

We stand behind our workmanship. Where legally permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by undisclosed issues.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other users' data, submit fraudulent bookings, or use the service for illegal activity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
